Finding Sanctuary: A Message for Troubled Times

Hello dear friends,

When we were invited to submit an article for this magazine, it was suggested that something relative to the current world situations centered around recent terrorism might be appropriate. Now after five false starts on that theme I realized I wasn’t able to write on that subject without being political or angry.

Why is that, you might ask?

Mostly from earlier programming. I have served in three wars as a combat officer, witnessed and participated in much of the inhumanity of man , in the name of Rightness, first hand. I know too much about the wrongness in all of this. When I was very young I was participating in an awards ceremony where I was receiving a decoration from Gen Patton. He said to me,

“You seem so young to be here in the Heroes circle, what have you learned young man,”

I replied,

“Sir, I have learned that there is no excuse for Killing and no justification for War.”

He looked deeply into my eyes and said,

“I see no fear in you son, thus, let that be your truth.”

Thus began a 50 year search for alternatives to those justifications.

In the last 3600 years of mans’ history we have only enjoyed less than 300 years of peace or times without war or conflict. I might only suggest, if we, the readers of this very special blog, are indeed representing body, mind and spirit, and spiritual pursuits, it might behoove us to try to become the alternative demonstration.

So with all of this said, let me share our story and how we were directed on this path.

Seeker of Spiritual & Mystical Truths

Now, I am, by my own designation a life long student and seeker of deeper Spiritual and Mystical Truths. In the late 70’s early 80’s we were active in many works, primarily around kids on drugs in the streets with centers in four major cities in the east.

As we were turning these works over to others, I went to the mountains to seek guidance. I am enclosing the message we received as our direction to form “Sanctuary.”  At the time I had been researching Christ’s teachings from the Bible and many ancient texts, seeking a deeper truth for the basis of our book, “These Things…Are Yours., The soul’s Path to Self Mastery“.

In a remote cabin in central Colorado at eleven thousand feet, I was awakened by a visitation and this was the message I received with the instructions to form Sanctuary. In restudying it this week and rethinking our own path in these times, it seems to be an appropriate message of hope to share for all of us.

Message Received, April 1982 Lake George, Colorado

Beloved’s of God, do not fear, do not be dismayed. You hear many things, many prophecies, many foretellings to cast fear, for the world is in a state of fluctuation—mental fluctuation—and the nature and the facade of the human mind is in a state of reorganization. This is part of the evolution of Man and is as it should be. Man has come to the stage in his development when he will grow in stature. You shall see many things, many changes. You are beginning to see them now. But through it all I shall be with you. We have work to do together.

It is my pleasure to work on earth in human form again. It was my privilege, and I have looked with great joy for a long time until the time of my mission on the physical plane. Have Faith. Although you have been told I shall be among you it shall not be exactly as you have envisioned, for you in your present form of mind do not grasp it…But it is being done, and all is well. I kept my promise. But the method I use to embark upon my mission is not what you may expect. But I now am with you in a certain way, and you shall surely see me as one of you. For I established you…

I sent you before me and established you as my group of helpers. As my power givers and sharers I have sent before me a group. Have faith that this wonderful thing is happening to you. Deep in your heats you know it is true. I sent you before me. I will surely join you. I am with you in a new way but you shall surely see me, touch me, as we work together. We shall share joy—more than you ever dreamed of. We shall walk through trials, but they shall be as nothing compared with the inner joy of this mission.

We glorify God together. We glorify together all men. Ours is the privilege on being the servants of God and of all men. We work, we teach, we heal—we love—but most of all we shall be human anchorage’s of the power of God. Thus shall our bodies be used, to radiate this power, and our human minds used to channel this power.

For all of healing and lifting is done through the channeling of power—and the only difference between fear and faith is power, the only difference between illness and health is power, the only difference between question and answer is power—the power of God, the universal power the life-love energy in the universe which is all answers. It is our highest mission, to bring forth and through this power into the earth vibration. This shall be channeling.

We Shall live together. We shall be together. There shall be a unity in my flock beyond your present understanding. When the shepherd comes to his sheep they shall be strong, they shall unify—they shall know, they shall understand, they shall be strengthened and empowered. We shall face all things in the glory of God, fearlessly. We shall know joy. I praise God for you. I thank God for you. My joy is great. I cannot express my joy in words. You would not understand my joy but you shall, for your hearts shall be open to hold more joy than you can now imagine.

Wait, be patient. All is well and it is happening. When your back is turned you shall see me, I shall gather you together as you have never been gathered together before. You are my good co-workers. Gather in all. All my workers shall gather in. I sent my light before me, but I do follow. This I give you. Hold onto these words until I give you more.

Thus began a journey of Love, Trust and Oneness that exists to this day as Sanctuary. Much of what we offer comes from this constant source of love and direction. These messages are for us and we try our very best to understand and follow them. We are not, nor do we ever represent, to be a channel of information for anyone else. These are our constant companions with whom we are blessed to share and work. But the Truth is universal and the times are ripe for the demonstration of Truth. We pray that this message will serve and support all that it touches. Our story is open for all to see and hear, come find us at Sanctuary.
