Life is really simple.
What we give out, we get back.
What we think about ourselves becomes the truth for us.
I believe that everyone, including myself, is responsible for everything in our lives, the best and the worst.
Every thought we think is creating our future. Each one of us creates our experiences by our thoughts and our feelings.
The thoughts we think and the words we speak create our experiences. We create the situations and then we give our power away by blaming the other person for our frustration.
Powerful Versus Power Over
No person, no place and no thing has any power over us, for we are the thing that has power over us, for we are the only thinkers in it.
When we create peace and harmony and balance in our minds, we will find it in our lives. What we believe about ourselves and life comes true for us.
Put another way, our subconscious minds accepts whatever we choose to believe. What you choose to think about yourself and life comes true for you.
All the events you have experienced in your lifetime up to this moment have been created by your thoughts and beliefs you have held in the past. It is over and done with.
What You Choose to Think and Believe
What is important in this moment is what you are choosing to think, believe, and say right now.
For these thoughts and words will create your future. Your point of power is the present moment and is forming experiences of tomorrow, next week, next month, next year
We all know losing weight means burning more calories than we eat. Peeling the pounds seems so simple – but our bodies aren’t simple machines. They’re complex machines that constantly adapt to new circumstances. Maintaining a healthy weight is a balancing act involving heredity, activity, food intake as well as the way your body absorbs and uses nutrients and the way the chemicals in your brain regulate your appetite and mood.
Change can be challenging – but it needn’t be overwhelming. Look doubt square in the face. Doubt can keep you from trying to reach your goal. It can make you give up and feel sorry for yourself. This sense of helplessness can be your biggest obstacle.
Desire and Commitment
Changing dietary habits is not easy – know your strengths and what you do best. In order to be successful, we have to make changes and to make changes and have proper balance in our life – the desire must be there. Desire and commitment is what’s going to keep you going. Never lose sight of your goal. Keep it forward in your mind at all times. Consider joining or creating a weight loss support network–the co-encouragement can make a world of difference.
If it makes sense, feels good – it’s right. The first step is always the hardest. The key is to think about how you are eating now and make gradual changes.
Small Manageable Steps are Key
As you see the number on the scale go down, the sense of achievement you experience will be the biggest reward ever.
Learn new skills and prepare to take risks. Simplify change be breaking it down into small manageable steps.
Your new way of eating and treating food needs to become a way of life – a part of your life.
Be aware where change is needed. Take time to master inner balance in mind and body; set aside 4 times each day to fill the well inside rather than depleting it.
Take tome to pat yourself on the back for positive gains you have made.
Maybe the whole day didn’t turn out totally the way you wanted but congratulate yourself on the positive steps, leaving the negative steps behind you.
